But there is some small mistakes. The proportions of the man holding his hands behind his head is incorrect. I'm then talking about his left arm being way too long compared to his other arm, not to mention the rest of his body. The basic rule is that the bigger the object, the nearer is it to the spectator. Which also brings us to the woman's breasts, the furthest one being the bigger one.
I have no experience when it comes to the style of manga (which I assume this is?), so I can't really tell so much about that, but you've got the perspective spot on and the shading is great as well
